Grand Blanc Community Schools
Grand Blanc, MI

Grand Blanc needed to find a provider to inspect, reinspect, conduct periodic surveillance and keep records as required by the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA).

Through a 6-month partnership ERG ensured Grand Blanc Community Schools remain AHERA compliant.

Grand Ledge Public Schools
Grand Ledge; Eaton County, MI

The Grand Ledge Public Schools owns and operates Underground Storage Tank (UST) systems at its bus garage/maintenance facility. These UST systems required updating to reduce future liabilities associated with regulated substance releases to the environment.

 

Holt Public Schools
District-Wide Services

ERG delivered on an asbestos contract for a $120 million dollar bond project slated to be completed in 2030.
For the past 12 years, ERG has partnered with Holt Public Schools to service their 9 school buildings, and multiple other structures with AHERA re-inspections, asbestos testing, training, and consulting services. Additionally, we help with indoor air quality and mold evaluations, among other district-wide services.

Lansing School District - Pathway Promise
Lansing, MI

Voters in the Lansing School District approved a 120 million dollar bond to allow for enhanced building security, improved technology and facility renovation in all 27 district school buildings. The project was known as the Lansing Pathway Promise. ERG expertly executed a variety of services as part of the project’s 5 year development, delivering on time and on budget.

Ludington Area Schools
Ludington, MI

The Ludington area school buildings are in need of repairs, new boilers, improved technology and improved infrastructure. The voters in the Ludington Area school district passed a 210 million dollar bond to allow for the proposed construction and renovation. ERG competitively bid this work and was identified as the responsible bidder, winning the environmental consulting contract for the 5 year life of the bond fund project.

 

Wyoming Public Schools
Wyoming, MI

As the result of a voter approved bond, The Wyoming Public School District required services in preparation for dramatic renovations in buildings throughout the district. ERG effectively won the contract bid and its efforts have exceeded expectations of the client. Subsequent years of work have been awarded without the need to bid the work.
