PROJECT DESCRIPTION

In order to accommodate building renovation, ERG was retained to conduct potentially hazardous materials inspections and develop technical specifications for the removal of potentially hazardous materials that might interfere with renovations. The client needed pre-renovation and potentially hazardous materials inspections, specification development and on-site air monitoring services. The client also needed all services in a timely fashion and the seasoned ERG team had the depth and breadth of experience to successfully complete each task.

ERG provided trained and accredited staff to provide professional services in the most timely and cost effective fashion. Milestone schedules were maintained throughout the 5 year contract and budgets were not exceeded at any time during the project. Collaboration with the Architect and Construction Managers through all phases of the work ensured that ERG understood the project details and could anticipate, plan and execute the testing and consulting work as needed. During abatement, ERG provided third party asbestos air monitoring and oversaw the work of the abatement contractors to ensure compliance with current regulations and the technical specifications developed for the project.
