Tim Hebert is a Certified/Registered Professional Geologist and Senior Project Manager for ERG. Tim acquired B.S. Degrees in Geology and Biology from the University of Akron in 1984. Tim has nearly thirty-six years of collective field and project management experience within the environmental consulting industry where he specialized in environmental due diligence/due care; underground storage tank (UST) compliance management; soil/groundwater remedial investigation and feasibility studies; conceptual remedial system design, and construction/demolition oversight and management. He has a long standing relationship with representatives of the Michigan Department of Technology, Management, and Budget, the Michigan Department of Environmental Great Lakes and Energy, and the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs where for the past fourteen years he served as the Program Director/Principal-in-Charge for numerous assignments appointed and funded by the State of Michigan. Tim also has a solid and proficient understanding of Michigan’s UST cleanup fund administered through the Michigan UST Authority (MUSTA). Tim is a long-time member of the American Institute of Professional Geologists and licensed to professionally perform and practice geology in the states of Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
In his leisure time, Tim is a year around conservationist, enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping with family and friends. Tim is passionate about the sport of golf, enjoys using his has hands to fine-tune muscle cars and construct structural improvements. Tim is blessed to be a father and grandfather several times over and acknowledges that accomplishment to his wife of twenty-seven years.
