Don Klingler is a Senior Project Manager with ERG. He has a B.S. in Geological Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
Don has over 30 years of experience managing, overseeing, and performing field investigation and data acquisition for property transaction due diligence, remedial investigation, NAPL investigation, UST removal, Michigan Part 201 and Part 213 projects for real estate development, real estate investment trust, sale leaseback portfolios, government, utilities, legal, commercial, industrial, and petroleum storage and distribution clients. Outside of work Don enjoys hiking, cross country skiing, and spending time with family.
His specializations include:
• Environmental Due Diligence for commercial and industrial real estate transactions, and redevelopment of environmentally impaired properties.
• Phase I, Phase II Environmental Assessments, Vapor Intrusion Assessments, Baseline Environmental Assessments, and Due Care Compliance Reporting.
• Working with clients, regulators, attorneys, and financial institutions regarding compliance and liability issues associated with environmental contamination to facilitate property transactions.
